The Chairman’s Leadership Forum is a non-profit, nonpartisan, educational association for all legislative leadership, committee chairs and ranking members of state legislatures to provide leadership training, negotiation skills and consensus building.

There are a number of organizations for state legislators but none that directly addresses the leadership needs of key state legislators. In a time of new state legislative leadership, budget deficits and term limits which can place first term legislators in positions of power, the Chairman’s Leadership Forum provides professional training that will enhance the leadership role of key legislators and promote more effective policy making.

Using current state legislative issues, the Chairman's Leadership Forum provides collaborative solutions that include working with community organizations, leadership and training experiences, and executive coaching.

The Chairman's Leadership Forum is a premier non-profit, nonpartisan, educational association for all legislative leadership committee chairs and ranking members of state legislatures. We provide leadership training that directly addresses the leadership needs of key state legislators, enhancing their leadership role and promoting more effective policymaking. We do this through actual case studies focusing on areas of concern to state legislators and their states. What distinguishes us from other leadership programs are the hands on approach, strategic and action planning and collaborative solution processes we use. Legislators leave our program with a plan in hand.
